BoardroomPR is an award winning 34-year-old integrated marketing and communications firm with a team of 20 professionals covering the state of Florida. Our Florida offices enable us to effectively service our Florida Public Relations and Digital Marketing clients across the state. 

It is our goal to establish strong relationships with our clients to define their high priority stakeholders and target audiences.  Our initial engagement involves getting to know the company and its executive team and hearing from them first.  Next, we conduct a review of the traditional PR, website, social media, publications and industry and community relations.

An integrated Action Plan is created and agreed to, budgets are set.  Then it’s off to the races, with implementation taking place within the first few weeks.  Communication is continuous, and check-point meetings are scheduled monthly.  Formal progress reports are prepared, as well.

At BoardroomPR, we assist our clients in developing not only the look and feel of their brand, but their key messaging points. We craft an effective action plan that enables the client to communicate and influence their various publics. This is not a universal effort, as each market segment must be communicated appropriately based on their specific needs and image. One example is internal public relations. It is important, especially for large companies, where it is difficult for executives or entrepreneurs to communicate with their employees on a regular basis.

how we work.

Typically, our work with clients involves an annual agreement that includes a predefined  basket of services, with corresponding objectives and action plan, covered by a monthly retainer, plus expenses and any ad or social media spend. Clients find this fee structure affordable, practical, and useful for business. The majority of clients are assigned a team of two Account Executives who invest in becoming experts on their companies and industries, enabling them to devote the time and resources necessary to exceed expectations.

For other types of short-term projects, we provide a quote or hourly rate, depending on the scope and length of time required that may be structured with a fixed project fee, short-term monthly retainer, or hourly agreement.  Some examples of short-term projects might be a crisis management assignment, special event or general PR consulting.
